Sitting here reading this letter probably isn’t a milestone of your life you were planning on. We don’t know where you’re at on the spectrum of emotions you could be feeling today, but we’ve been praying for you on this journey.
Our family is more than just the five of us under this roof. It’s loads of extended family, friends, church family, and community members who are already excited to meet OUR new little one. Ours. All of ours, including yours. Thank you for even considering sharing the gift you’ve been given.

Why We’re Adopting
Throughout our kids’ lives, we’ve talked to them about adoption. We didn’t always have a timeline in mind, but there was no big “annoucement” to them that a child in someone else’s tummy was going to be their little brother or sister. They’ve just always known that would be the case someday. Our hearts have known too. A few years into marriage, we pursued our foster care license and simulaneously were open to growing our family biologically. The latter happened with two babies at once! As our family grew we remained aware of the need for children to have safe and stable homes, and we knew we had one of those we could share. When we became aware of this need locally, we made room at our dinner table and are ready when you are.
Our family is a team of loud, passionate, adventurers who can often be found riding bikes, watching movies, having a dart gun war, or ordering pizza and chicken wings.
